Yas South Development

Project Overview

Yas South is a major large-scale mixed-use development on Yas Island, integrating new residential neighbourhoods, retail destinations, and extensive public realm areas as part of the island's continued master-plan expansion and diversification. The significant scale and diversity of uses across the development demanded a very high volume of coordinated street furniture and access management solutions to serve pedestrian environments, parks, plazas, and roadways throughout all phases of the project. Our scope delivered a substantial package of urban elements across the full extent of the development, including a considerable volume of stainless steel bollards for access control and perimeter management.

Scope of Supply

Supply and installation of a comprehensive street furniture package comprising over 1,000 individual items including benches, litter bins, bike racks, and bollards, together with over 800 stainless steel bollards for access control and perimeter management across the development.
