Precincts E and F are key residential precincts within the wider Yas Acres master-planned community, delivering high-quality outdoor living environments for villa residents and their families across a variety of communal and recreational spaces. The main construction works for these precincts required a varied range of outdoor furniture and access control elements catering to diverse recreational uses, from casual seating and outdoor dining to leisure relaxation and vehicular access management. Our supply covered a comprehensive suite of outdoor elements suited to the active, social, and family-focused nature of these community spaces.

Scope of Supply

Supply and installation of benches, picnic tables, loungers, fixed and removable bollards, litter bins, and dog waste bins across outdoor communal and recreational areas within Precincts E and F.
