Project Overview

Bays Edge Tower by DAMAC is a residential high-rise development in Dubai featuring extensive podium-level landscaped amenities, including a range of outdoor social, leisure, and recreation spaces designed to cater to the full spectrum of resident lifestyles. The project demanded a highly comprehensive outdoor package spanning soft landscaping, play infrastructure, recreational surfaces, street furniture, and access management elements to deliver a cohesive, premium, and fully activated communal outdoor environment. Our scope covered a wide-ranging and integrated suite of elements, providing a complete outdoor solution for the tower's residents from amenity planting through to safety surfaces and perimeter management.

Scope of Supply

Supply and installation of planters, artificial grass, benches, litter bins, bollards, playground equipment, EPDM impact-absorbing surfaces, and balustrade systems across the podium and outdoor amenity areas of Bays Edge Tower.
