Project Overview

Al Riyad Phase 7 represents a major residential expansion within Abu Dhabi's established Al Riyad district, delivering fully serviced urban neighbourhoods with high-quality pedestrian infrastructure and community amenities across a significant land area. The scale of the development necessitated the procurement and delivery of a substantial volume of coordinated street furniture items to equip streetscapes, parks, and public areas throughout the phase to a consistent and functional standard. Our scope provided a large-scale, unified furniture package that contributed to the creation of a comfortable, well-equipped, and visually coherent residential environment.

Scope of Supply

Provision of over 1,000 items including benches, litter bins, bike racks, and bollards across the public realm and streetscape areas of Phase 7.
